Students who join the SUCCESS Learning Community can participate in LEADS and have access to all of its resources and opportunities.
The LEADS Program is an innovative, transdisciplinary program for CLAS undergraduate majors. Its core principles (Leadership ● Entrepreneurship ● Applied ● Development ● Skills) are driven by innovation. Its goal is to distinguish CLAS graduates and prepare for them for the job market by providing internships and experiential learning opportunities.
The program consists of multiple components and various points of entry, allowing CLAS students to participate at their own pace. Students can take a LEADS Prospect Course, complete a CLAS LEADS Undergraduate Certificate Program, participate in online and on-demand training modules, attend LEADS boot camps, join the SUCCESS Learning Community, reach out to designated LEADS Faculty Fellows, partner with VenturePrise, volunteer, and more to come!
If you would like to learn more about LEADS, please contact the Director, Shawn Long, PhD, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs.
